Drunken Coffee Drizzle

This is a Door County Coffee Fan recipe. It was not made in the kitchens of the Door County Coffee Café.

Featured ingredient: Country Morning Blend Coffee 10 oz Bag Ground

  • 2 cups Door County Coffee Country Morning Blend coffee (brewed)
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch schnapps
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 3/4 to 1 cup cold water


  1. In saucepan bring Country Morning Blend coffee to boil.
  2. Add schnapps, continue to simmer.

In separate container:
  1. Stir cold water into corn starch, stir until smooth with no lumps, add to saucepan, stir to desired consistency.
  2. Serve warm over ice cream.
