Crab and Red Pepper Quiche


  • 1 Elsie Grace Pie Crust (Prepared)
  • 7 eggs
  • 8oz. heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. diced red pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. imitation crab
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese


  1. Beat eggs and whipping cream together and then mix in pepper and crab meat.
  2. Layer 1/2 c. cheese in bottom of the shell.
  3. Top with egg mixture and then top with cheese again.
  4. Bake for 35 min. at 350 degrees.
