Simple, elegant & luscious! A quick dessert that will serve as both a sweet dessert and after dinner drink.

This is a Door County Coffee Fan recipe. It was not made in the kitchens of the Door County Coffee Café.
Ingredients:

Featured ingredient: Elite Espresso 10 oz. Bag Ground

  • Door County Elite Espresso
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Fresh Mint

Instructions:

  1. Place one scoop of the very best vanilla ice cream in a martini or margarita glass.
  2. Brew Door County Espresso to your liking.
  3. Pour desired amount of Espresso over ice cream.
  4. Place mint leaf on ice cream (optional) & serve immediately.
