Subscribe & Save with Door County Coffee – Everything You Need to Know!
The Door County Coffee Subscribe and Save program allows you to have your coffee of choice delivered to you on the schedule you determine! Never go a day without your favorite coffee again with an auto delivery that will keep you stocked and save you a little money too!! Yup, all Subscribe and Save orders will include 7% off every single shipment!
Getting started with our Subscribe & Save Program is Easy as 1-2-3:
1. Choose the Subscribe & Save option when you add the coffee of your choice to basket.
2. Then, select the frequency of how often you would like to receive that particular coffee.
3. Enjoy the savings and the convenience of your favorite coffees delivered to your doorstep.
No Long-Term Commitment
That’s right, you can change or cancel your Subscribe & Save order at any time!
How do I Edit My Subscribe & Save Order?
1. Simply login to My Account and click on the Edit Subscription Drop-down.
2. Select the Auto Delivery order you would like to change and click Edit Order.
3. This will take you to your cart where you can remove individual coffees from your order, change the frequency of your shipments, or even add items. NOTE: Changing the frequency will reset your default date for all future orders. For example, if you change your order frequency from 6 weeks to 4 weeks, the next order would ship 4 weeks from last shipment date. The new shipment date will appear in checkout so you can be sure you are receiving it when you want.
4. Once you have changed the frequency and/or edited the items in your cart, review all the changes to make sure they are correct and simply follow through the checkout process as you would with any other order and click COMPLETE UPDATE at the end. The changes will be in effect for your next subscribe & save shipment.
How do I cancel a Subscribe & Save Order?
You can also cancel an entire Subscribe & Save order right in the My Account section. Simply Log-in, choose Edit Subscription in the My Account Drop-down menu. From there you can Cancel your Subscription at any time.
How We Ship & Shipping Costs
All subscriptions will ship based on your established delivery time (i.e. 2 weeks, 4 weeks, etc) and will start the day you place your first subscription order. Plus, all shipments will be sent via UPS or USPS and will arrive within 2 to 5 days once they leave our roasting facility in Door County, Wisconsin.
If your order ship date falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
If your subscription is more than $75 per shipment, there will be NO shipping charge. All other orders will include our standard shipping charge.
Other Important Notes
- Gift Cards cannot be used as payment for subscription orders.
- 10% discount for purchasing 12+ full-pot bags does NOT apply to Subscribe & Save Orders.
- Promo Codes cannot be applied to any Subscribe & Save orders.
- You must set up an account to place a Subscribe & Save order and cannot check out as a Guest. Setting up an account will allow you to store your information for your next shipment so you can easily log-in and view your orders at any time.
- If your order ship date falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
