Private Reserve Coffee Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:

Featured ingredient: Private Reserve Coffee 10 oz. Bag Ground

  • 1-10 oz can Tomato soup, condensed
  • 1-10 oz can Beef consomme
  • 3/4 cup Corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 1/3 cup Door County Coffee Private Reserve coffee, brewed
  • 1/4 cup Mustard, prepared
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup Molasses
  • 1/4 cup Liquid smoke
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons Fruit pectin
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon, Chipotle chili pepper, ground

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a large sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Simmer for 50 minutes or until the desired thickness.
*Use on chicken, pork, or beef
