Tiramisu in a Jar

This is a Door County Coffee Fan recipe. It was not made in the kitchens of the Door County Coffee Cafe.
Ingredients:

Featured ingredient: Country Morning Blend Coffee 10 oz Bag Ground

  • 1 tub (8 oz.) cream cheese spread
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) vanilla flavored instant pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping (thawed, divided)
  • 1 pkg. (10.7 oz.) prepared pound cake cut into 1/2" cubes
  • 1/3 cup brewed Country Morning Blend coffee (cooled)
  • 1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate (grated)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions:

1. Beat cream cheese spread in large bowl with mixer until creamy
2. Gradually add milk, then dry pudding mix, beating well after each addition
3. Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping
4. Place half of the cake cubes evenly in 8 jars or dessert dishes
5. Drizzle 1 tsp. coffee over cake in each jar
6. Top each with 1/4 cup pudding mixture and a sprinkle of chocolate
7. Cover with remaining cake cubes, coffee, pudding mixture, chocolate and whipped topping. Top with raspberries.
8. Refrigerate for 2 hours
