Coffee Maple Butter Syrup

Now you can have your coffee and eat it too!
This is a Door County Coffee Fan recipe. It was not made in the kitchens of the Door County Coffee Café.
Featured ingredient: Breakfast Blend Coffee 10 oz. Bag Ground
- 1 cup of brewed Door County Coffee Breakfast Blend coffee
- 2 cups of pure maple syrup or your favorite brand
- 1/2 cup real butter
- Melt butter in sauce pan.
- Add Breakfast Blend coffee and maple syrup, simmer.
- Serve immediately over pancakes, waffles or french toast.
