Private Reserve Coffee Barbecue Sauce

Featured ingredient: Private Reserve Coffee 10 oz. Bag Ground
- 1-10 oz can Tomato soup, condensed
- 1-10 oz can Beef consomme
- 3/4 cup Corn syrup
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 cup Door County Coffee Private Reserve coffee, brewed
- 1/4 cup Mustard, prepared
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup Molasses
- 1/4 cup Liquid smoke
- 1-1/2 tablespoons Fruit pectin
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon, Chipotle chili pepper, ground
- Combine ingredients in a large sauce pan.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Simmer for 50 minutes or until the desired thickness.
