Coffee Maple Butter Syrup

Now you can have your coffee and eat it too!

This is a Door County Coffee Fan recipe. It was not made in the kitchens of the Door County Coffee Café.
Ingredients:

Featured ingredient: Breakfast Blend Coffee 10 oz. Bag Ground

  • 1 cup of brewed Door County Coffee Breakfast Blend coffee
  • 2 cups of pure maple syrup or your favorite brand
  • 1/2 cup real butter

Instructions:

  1. Melt butter in sauce pan.
  2. Add Breakfast Blend coffee and maple syrup, simmer.
  3. Serve immediately over pancakes, waffles or french toast.
