We’re ready to settle into one of our favorite seasons
here in Door County…..winter.
If you haven’t been here during the winter, it’s really beautiful. Nature puts on it’s finest attire when it snows in Door County. There is really nothing quite like the pine trees and orchards laden with snow, winding white roads so picturesque. There is a special ‘quiet’ and peacefulness here this time of year. Shhhhh….sometimes we keep this secret to ourselves.
If you come for a winter visit, please stop and see us! Our shop and café is open all year long for breakfast and lunch. We feature daily homemade quiche, breakfast strata, several homemade soups and our signature chili, terrific hot sandwiches and more! The best part of a visit to Door County Coffee is the warm hospitality from our team which makes everyone feel welcome. Our guests make Door County Coffee a “must stop” on every visit and we hope you do too!

We are a small, family-owned business, roasting coffee beans the old-fashioned way, in small batches to exacting specifications. We started roasting our gourmet coffee beans in 1993 in the Village of Forestville, Wisconsin. Our mission has always been to produce the best-tasting, gourmet coffee and deliver it to our customers with an unsurpassed level of customer service.
To accomplish that, we use only Specialty Class 1 Arabica coffee beans, which are the top 2% of what’s grown in the world! That means 98% of the coffee beans grown in the world, don’t meet our high standards. Combine that with our technologically superior coffee roasters and it’s a combination that can’t miss!
The result is the most “extraordinary gourmet coffee you’ve ever tasted!”
We sell our fantastic gourmet coffee to coffeehouses, gift & gourmet shops, upscale grocery stores, hotels, restaurants and resorts throughout the nation. If you can’t find our gourmet coffee in your community, you can purchase it on line or via mail order directly from our coffee roasting factory in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin!
