Iced Mocha
Caffe Mocha served cold with ice.
To make an Iced Mocha
Add chocolate to
bottom of glass
Add espresso and
mix well,
then add milk until the glass is two thirds
full.
Add ice last and
cover with
whipped cream if
desired. |
Iced “Latte”
Begin with a double shot of espresso.
Add an equal portion of milk.
Pour your drink into a cocktail mixer
with three ice
cubes.
Shake well.
Strain it into a glass with fresh ice.
You may add syrup
flavorings if you like a sweet latte. |
