Varietals or Single Origin Coffees
We select the finest Specialty Class 1 Arabica coffee beans from around the world. Each Single origin is prized for it’s very specific characteristics based on growing conditions, altitude, quality of the bean and of course, care of the farmer.
These single origin coffee beans are named after their country of origin and may also contain the growing region.
House Blends/Signature Blends
While each of our single origins can be enjoyed on their own, we have also created special coffee blends
that combine the best characteristics to yield an incredible gourmet coffee!
As an example, we combine
Sumatra coffee beans(earthy, full body, exotic) with Guatemalan coffee beans (more lively with a snap of acidity)!
These complementary characteristics create a really terrific coffee! If this sounds good to you, try our Lighthouse Blend!
Our roastmasters also blend varying degrees of roasted coffee beans! If roasted too dark, you lose the valued characteristics of this origin. We combine it with a darker roast to give you a real “WOW”!
